The Clackamas County Department of Communications, also known as C-COM (pronounced see-COM), provides 9-1-1 emergency and non-emergency call taking service to the public.  C-COM also provides radio dispatch services to 6 law enforcement agencies and 9 fire districts and departments. Residents of Beavercreek, Boring, Canby, Colton, Damascus, Estacada, Gladstone, Happy Valley, Hoodland (Welches, Rhododendron, Brightwood) Molalla, Oregon City, Redland, Sandy, Wilsonville and other unincorporated areas of Clackamas County should call C-COM for police, fire and medical services.*

*Fire and medical for the city of Wilsonville and the Wilsonville area is dispatched by Washington County 9-1-1 (WCCCA).  Fire and medical for some unincorporated areas around Lake Oswego are dispatched by Lake Oswego 9-1-1 (LOCOM). Fire and Medical services in some unincorporated areas in southern Clackamas County are dispatched by North Marion County 911 (NORCOM).  If C-COM answers a call that is dispatched by one of these agencies, we will transfer your call to the responsible answering point.  If you live in the City of Milwaukie, your fire and medical services are dispatched by C-COM, but law enforcement is dispatched by LOCOM.  LOCOM will transfer Milwaukie residents with fire or medical problems to C-COM for dispatch.
